COD BOTHERER COD501H & CLASSIC CLX450L

Okuma Cod Botherer 5ft 15-24kg

Designed specifically for chasing New Zealand’s ultimate table fish – the Blue Cod. At 5ft in length and with a powerful 15-24kg fibreglass blank, the Cod Botherer is ideal for targeting cod in any depth or conditions. It has enough power through the lower section that targeting Hapuku/Grouper is not beyond the capabilities of this rod. A tough integrated solid tip paired with heavy duty ceramic guides make this rod extremely durable and easily capable of fishing heavy braid or monofilament. And outstanding great-value rod for targeting arguably New Zealand’s tastiest species.
